"The property is in great condition with nice decor.The big backyard was great for our two small dogs. The listing indicates the second bedroom is a double bed, when it actually was a twin. Only one can fit in it. We used the futon which opens up to a double bed in the living room. We only had to sleep four but 6 would definitely be a squeeze. Evelina was very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property."

"Javier (the host) showed up at the front door as soon as we checked in, told us not to put toilet paper in the toilet...He wanted us to to put used TP in the trash can. Disgusting. They also have a camera in the pool/patio area and watch every move you make. My friends son (14 years old) hit the camera with a beach ball and I received a call immediately from his wife/assitant telling me I am responsible for any damage to the property. "It would be fine for a short stay, certainly not a long stay as we did. The apt. Was a renovated garage attached to the homeowners home. We had no outside space at all. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again."

"Nice place with a seaside resort theme and feel.. lots of kids in the neighborhood and Street was close to the main roads, but almost no traffic. Host was helpful answering questions before our stay and accommodations were top notch. Washer and dryer was extremely helpful for our stay back patio was shaded and the hammock and grill were nice additions we would definitely use this verbal cottage again if we return to the area all appliances worked. five stars all aroundand 10 on a scale of 1 to...
