"The cyclone knocked out power to Astoria and surrounding communities. The manager, was wonderful and did us a huge favor by putting us in a first floor room with our slightly disabled dog. We had a room on the 4th floor, but with no power, there was no elevator. And our dog could not walk up the four flights of stairs. Jessi was at the front desk, and cool as a cucumber during the emergency. She helped guests, handed out flashlights, and put lights around the hallways and stairwells. Very...
