"First off, the staff is amazing. So friendly even when (due to a flight delay) I arrived super late. And when my parents were having issues with their room, they did everything to make it right even though they were completely full and busy with a big wedding party. The location is great and the pool and fitness center are open until midnight. The only thing I’d “dock” some points on is some of the items in the room are a little dated and worn out. "We stayed here in March and it was very quiet. I didn’t realize when I booked it that the bar/restaurant was closed early in the week. We stayed Tuesday-Thursday, and I believe the restaurant opened up on Thursday or Friday evening. Overall, a nice place to go relax with your family and friends. We were there on business and there was no where to go to work on my laptop, so had to drive into a coffee shop in Nisswa. Also, there was no where in our room to work either. "
