Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on. "The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"
