"My family stayed at the Baird’s View from 13-20th November 2024.
We were very pleasantly surprised to see that the villa looked exactly like it did in the photos if not better.
 Baird’s View was very spacious & very clean. All areas of the villa were lovely, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a great kitchen space with full laundry amenities and a great outside space with pool. It was great having use of a washer and dryer. 
The villa is located  within 5min downhill walk to a beautiful beach...

"The owner/manager greeted us on arrival to show us around. Great guy. Decor is very caribbean style. Bright and loud. Have a pool which was great especially when you want to have a chilled day we don't want to go to the beach. One thing i recommend when staying here to make sure you hire a car."

"The neighborhood is lovely and quiet if you are looking for a calm and relaxing vacation. The house itself is gorgeous and well-kept. The rooms are clean, and the upstairs patio gets the coolest breeze. The bedrooms are beautiful and the AC is amazing. Other parts of the house can be hot but the best part of the experience is the Host. He is so caring and very quick to respond to any need."

"A delighful open plan villa which was a few minutes walk to wonderful Paynes beach, not far from the Sandy Lane resorts, and a short drive to food supplies and a major supermarket. The host was very accommodating to any requests, and helpful wherever possible.The property itself was clean, well laid out and had all the amenities you'd expect. As a family of 2 adults, a teenager and 4 year old this was an ideal place to stay. I'd happily recommend."

"After we put away all the knick knacks, made room in our closets and wardrobes and rearranged the kitchen, we were good to go. The gardener and pool guy came at the same time so we had a pool full of grass for a few days. We loved the place so gave it some love."

"The villa is small but definitely spacious enough for a family or two couples. The communication with owner and manager was great. We had a hiccup with the wifi the first week we were there but they worked tirelessly to sort this problem. The cleaners came once or twice a week and did a fabulous job.
