"I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel in Curitiba, Paraná. The hotel’s central location in the heart of downtown is perfect for exploring the city, yet it maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which I appreciated. Safety was clearly a priority, and I felt very secure throughout my stay. Additionally, the dining options were excellent, with delicious meals that catered to various tastes. "What i liked: spatious room, clean, staff very kind and flexible , ready to help. I would say very walkable central area, close to everything you may need ( supermarket, Shopping centers, gyms, transportation, etc). Good breakfast, small but nice and clean common areas. One very important point for me: sport facilities: i would have given a nice grade if it wasn't for the fact that the gym cardio machines could use some checks, one out of service, another needing maintenance ; apart from that...

"The room had a horrible smell of cleaning product The bedsheets smelled dirty The hotel was very noisy because the guests which arrived around 2am. The hotel is very outdated. The buffet for breakfast was not good enough. I stayed at this same hotel about 6 years ago, but this new experience in 2022 was very disappointing "

"I heard from an employee that the place is getting sold, therefore everyone is demotivated and confused abou job security. No one wears name badges, no smiles, Irene took 18 minutes to check us, I had to show picture of a coffee pot on their Expedia photos to get one send to my room. Furniture old, breakfast . There is no culture of service. Rodrigo was little more cooperative after initial conflict. "
