"Posted pictures greatly differ from actual rooms. But the biggest problem is that they mistakenly gave a key to my room to someone checking in. At midnight, this person open my room door while I was sleeping inside with my kids. This is really the worst thing you could have from a hotel service."

"The room had a horrible smell of cleaning product The bedsheets smelled dirty The hotel was very noisy because the guests which arrived around 2am. The hotel is very outdated. "I heard from an employee that the place is getting sold, therefore everyone is demotivated and confused abou job security. No one wears name badges, no smiles, Irene took 18 minutes to check us, I had to show picture of a coffee pot on their Expedia photos to get one send to my room. Furniture old, breakfast . There is no culture of service. Rodrigo was little more cooperative after initial conflict. "
