The buffet for breakfast was not good enough. I stayed at this same hotel about 6 years ago, but this new experience in 2022 was very disappointing "

"The front desk spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. I travel a lot, and have to say they were the best staff ever. The Hotel is located in a safe area. There were two shopping centers near by. One was 2 blocks away and the other was 6 blocks way. One block away is the Japanese Garden. The Hotel had a great breakfast. "

I would say very walkable central area, close to everything you may need ( supermarket, Shopping centers, gyms, transportation, etc). Good breakfast, small but nice and clean common areas. One very important point for me: sport facilities: i would have given a nice grade if it wasn't for the fact that the gym cardio machines could use some checks, one out of service, another needing maintenance ; apart from that...

No one wears name badges, no smiles, Irene took 18 minutes to check us, I had to show picture of a coffee pot on their Expedia photos to get one send to my room. Furniture old, breakfast . There is no culture of service. Rodrigo was little more cooperative after initial conflict. "
