"Excellent, good breakfast and the food menu was varied at a reasonable price. Hotel was convenient for Eden Gardens cricket ground a good 20 min walk away but flat, despite England getting spanked there by 7 wickets it was great experience all the same 😉 The hotel has great history with lots of pictorial items on display, the guests list who have resided there is very interesting. "This place is under construction. They should not be entertaining any guests until the property is in a decent habitable condition. Overall, it was a horrible experience for me and my family."

"Very dirty bathrooms and room. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats. Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get. Ice bucket did not have any tong so had to use hands to take out ice cubes. "
