Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. "

"This is easily one of the best hotel in Batam, the view is amazing! We are going to stay here again on Christmas and New year! But the breakfast is horrible, I am sorry but all the cakes are hard and cold. Maybe if there’s pancake made fresh and warm bread with cheese that will be wonderful. I don’t even see oranges offered, food are so little at a time so it always runs out. The taste of the food is also not on par with other similar hotel. It’s a shame because the decor and the hotel itself...
