Wonderful Great Stay
I have to mention the receptionist Zikry, Shalbrina & Abigael, their services are great, polite and always helpful whenever I asked for help. Their services is remarkable, I must praised them. As this my extension stay for 3 more days as I already stayed 4 days earlier. This hotel is my only choice in Batam I like this hotel with everything I want in it. the location of the hotel is just a few minute walk from the Grand Batam Mall and many other local shopping, food and massage places. Overall, it is value for money to stay in this hotel. The slope at the driveway is very steep and the staircase next to it can be better improved to make walking more safe especially during raining.

The hotel is located in the central of Batam. Shopping, dining can be accessed via walking. Hotel staffs were very polite and room itself was clean too. Breakfast overall for myself was quite satisfying. Strongly recommended to stay here if you come to Batam for Holidays.

Nice location. Slight slope down and the Grand Batam Mall is there. Nearby alot of cafes, massage shops. Safe area along busy main road No pool but the room makes up for it. Looks more like “ business hotel”room at one glance but is also good for leisure .Buffet breakfast was included in the room deal. Happy with that. Porridge, local rice , dishes , fruits, salad, egg station. Of course is not like a 5 star spread but good enough. Staff at reception friendly. Renovation on going at level 1 bur at room, cannot hear it

This hotel is great with all shopping mall in walking distance, I got a smoking room which I requested and honestly speaking in this present situation there is mostly or unlikely in the world that hotels have a smoking room cater for smokers which I’m disgusted with this regulation, but this hotel have all I want so I love it. Calling all smokers if comes to Batam Indonesia this Swiss Bellinn hotel is can’t be miss and is must to book this hotel. Front desk receptionist is helpful and courteous with a good attitude. This hotel is remarkable. Highly recommended
