"Can’t sleep in the morning during our stay for 3 days there’s a construction going on every morning. Other than that this place is kinda nice and transparent to their advertisements."

Then trying to get hold of someone took6 hours so wecould go out The unit had broken furniture no internet as said and there was no free swimming you had to pay per person to swim. Was just a bad choice compared to advertisement "

"Clear communications with the owner and manager of the place are kind, caring and supportive. Generous offer of hospitality and service. And if needed an urgent extension, they’ll make a way to make it work for you, cheerfully. Overall, I love the convenience because the mini mart also is just around the corner outside the building and the atm as well. Sometimes, I didn’t want to leave and find another place. Till I go back home. "

"The apartment is lovely & very very close to NAIA Terminal 3 for an early or late Cebu Pacific flight. The disappointment for me was that it's not a hotel or even a guest house, nobody was expecting me and I had to find correct apartment block & then ask around thinking I'd been ripped off for about 20 minutes then wait around another 20 minutes for a caretaker to let me in. She said she had no idea who owned the apartment, I don't know how she confirmed I was a legitimate guest. It was late &...
