"First what I would like to comment is the impeccable staff being very patient, resourceful and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in both Lyf and The Suites were cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. Even housekeeping was very friendly and understanding. I’m always greeted with the many doormen and security upon arrival and returning. The staff are always welcoming at the roof deck for my daily breakfast.
