"Check in was easy and the house is cozy. As others have mentioned, the one bathroom is through the downstairs bedroom, so we slept in the two upstairs bedrooms. We would happily stay again!"

"This home is absolutely stunning. There have been tons of upgrades while still keeping with the integrity of the original house. It was still decorated for Christmas and my children loved keeping the tree lit. You won't be even a little disappointed in this house!"

Close to both Shenandoah National park and Harrisonburg.The hosts were very organized with notes throughout the house giving details on how to operate appliances, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and the living room had a guest book with every guest’s recommendations in the area. It was perfect to gather around the table and enjoy a home cooked meal we had prepared together and then go outside and hang around the fire pit knowing we wouldn’t be disturbing anyone out in the country. The kitchen is well stocked and very spacious with a very comfortable dining room table to enjoy meals. The location was very convenient for short drives to parks and hikes. The house is nicely furnished, comfortable and has beautiful backdrop of the mountains. This was such an awesome location to get away and relax. We would definitely recommend this property."
