Find Hotel with a Concierge in Basseterre

"I had a third floor room right on the beach. The view was wonderful. No elevators, so I walked up 4 floors all week to get to the room. Water leaked in the patio door which was never addressed. Last night, I think my Tv blew a fuse. Lights went out. Overall, the hotel was probably a 3.5 stars, not the 4.5 that was on Expedia. I traveled alone and felt safe throughout my entire trip. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely visit St. Kitts again, just try a nicer hotel. "

"The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. "Checking in was easy property outdoors are clean. Room was clean also.. pool was clean and easy access. Need to pay attention to the pillows and sheets. I would like to think that the pillow cases were washed together with something cotton as there was some residue of white stuff. For the rest it was clean. I Would stay there again. "
