"Checking in was easy property outdoors are clean. Room was clean also.. pool was clean and easy access. Need to pay attention to the pillows and sheets. I would like to think that the pillow cases were washed together with something cotton as there was some residue of white stuff. For the rest it was clean. I Would stay there again. "

"I had a third floor room right on the beach. The view was wonderful. No elevators, so I walked up 4 floors all week to get to the room. Water leaked in the patio door which was never addressed. Last night, I think my Tv blew a fuse. Lights went out. Overall, the hotel was probably a 3.5 stars, not the 4.5 that was on Expedia. I traveled alone and felt safe throughout my entire trip. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely visit St. Kitts again, just try a nicer hotel. "

"Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "
