"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very well situated (short walking to train station and to Izmir 's interesting places). Room is confortable and of good size Breakfast is very good. This is our last stop of our 10-day Turkey trip. Everywhere we went we felt safe. People in Turkey are so kind and helpful. Thanks!"

"We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, its a great location, Basmane railway station (which we used one day for a trip to Selçuk) is directly opposite and it is ideal for walking to the seafront and to visit lots of the famous sights. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with coffee, tea and water provided with a kettle for drinks. There are good restaurants/cafes near by which we used and would recommend. We would book again."

"The uniqueness is the Staff. When we requested something, no matter what it was, they responded straight away, I mean within seconds. We were amazed that they wanted to do their very best by being super efficient and super friendly. Very nice and helpful, lovely Staff. Tolgahan, Cansu Hanim, Gozde Hanim, Alper, Cenap Bey, Erdal, Serdar Bey, Doruk Bey , we thank you alll. And of course, all the other Staff we could not get their names of, they were amazing as well. Cleaning ladies were very good too, they were considerate. Very intelligent , nice people work at this hotel. We have stayed at so many different hotels, we rate this one above 100 percent because of the top Staff. We will book again😊 "
