"We came as a large group and the Guest Relations Manager, Deniz Degerli, was so wonderful. She assisted us with whatever we needed and went above and beyond for us. She was always willing to assist and answer any questions we may have had always with a smile on her face. Our waitress, Nur, was also so sweet and very helpful. You can tell that she loved her job and we appreciated her. We will definitely use this hotel in the future as it was also very clean and the experience was great all around."
