" We recently stayed at this amazing house with 18 people, including 2 under 2, 3 under 12, 4 teenagers, and 9 adults. There was plenty of space and fun for everyone! The main floor of the house offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. "We really enjoyed our first time at this house in Clarksville. We always love our trips to Bugg's Island and this house did not disappoint!!!! Pros: Very clean, easy access to town, great communication with the owners prior to arrival. We didn't have any issues or concerns during our stay. Loved the owners laminated reminders for check-in and check-out ~ made taking care of their house a breeze. The house provided all the kitchen appliances you would need for eating at home and grilling out....

"We stayed at this property for Lakefest. It's quiet, clean, and close to Clarksville. Loved the shady, private walk to the beach and all the amenities. Such a quiet cove for small children to swim and enjoy the water. Internet was spotty, but otherwise great stay!"

"We stayed with our two teenagers and had a fantastic time. The house was very clean. All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were clearly labeled making it easy to find and replace cooking items. The covered deck overlooking the lake was maybe the best part and we utilized it every day. Speaking of the lake, the house is located on a terrific spot with quick and easy access to the lake. "We had a great trip to the lake. Got some fishing and boating in. Home is located close to Holly Grove Marina very convenient if you need something quickly also not too far from South Hill if you needed extra supplies or wanted to grab dinner out. Properties suited us very well everything was as advertised highly likely that will stay there again!"

"It was very difficult finding the property no light on, no number on house or mailbox. even people coming to property to repair air conditioner could not find it. we had no air sat night till Monday. we could not get hold owner till Sunday afternoon and eventually hvac repair Monday. temp was over 82n in house. house is nice kitchen, living room porch. bathroom should have grab bar near shower. would've appreciated get some money back because unbearable heat two nites"

"This property was perfect for our family get together. It was clean, cozy and well equipped. The dogs had a blast. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect. Other water activities were enjoyed by all and the dock was perfect for fishing We loved it!! Oh and the cinnamon rolls were super yummy! Thanks for a great stay!"
