"The loft was beautiful and clean! Perfect place to stay close to our concert venue. It was about a 10-12 minute walk to power and light. We parked right out front with the metered parking and paid via text. Comfy beds and nice showers."

"It was clean. The fold out beds upstairs are not comfortable. It was like sleeping on a board. Should make those better. All other beds were great!! A nice place to stay!!"

"This house was, spacious, neat, clean and so comfortable for a visit with family! Beds and furnishings were comfortable! The hosts were responsive. Check in and check out was so very easy. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We would recommend highly!"

"We recently stayed at this property during our annual family vacation. The house is very accommodating for a large group (24) and offers amenities for people of all ages to enjoy. The kitchen area offers a large gathering spot for the family. The proximity to Kansas City attractions while also offering a rural setting was great for our group. "We stayed at the Homestead while celebrating our annual girls trip. We all met in KC and all but one of us still lives here. We were overwhelmingly pleased with our stay. The bedroom situation was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The rest of the house was very comfortable for our whole group. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We have a tradition of cooking a meal together and we had every thing we needed for our 3 course meal. The location was walking distance for picking up things...

"Simply fantastic stay. The host (Property manager I think) is very flexible to accomodate our last minute demands. Their welcome packet was really amazing with local beverages (thanks). The house is beautiful. Every room is clean and equipped with all essentials. I think they were recently renovated(better than the picture). "House was clean and cute. Ants were everywhere downstairs. Wi-fi never worked and TV didn't work. I tried to message thru app, but was told to reference the same incorrect information again. We were mostly gone from the house during the day, but these were very disappointing things when traveling with a friend and our three kids. "

"You can tell the owners/managers put a lot of effort into this house! We couldn’t stop complimenting everything we saw in each room. Every room was decorated so well and was so cozy. We used the “fireplace” which made it even cozier. The ONLY flaw the property had was the neighbors overgrown weeds(?) hanging over the fence that is along the driveway. We’ve got a few new scratches from the greenery because we didn’t want to park on the street. "

"We really like the aesthetics of the property. Decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. The only time we heard the quests above is when the came home from being out and heard them going up the stairs. The area was nice and the restaurant suggestions were on point. The property is well lit and secure with camera’s from the neighbors. The city market was close and a fun event to do. The owner was very nice to work with. "

"The property, the historic neighborhood, the facilities, the museums, gardens, conservation center, etc. were perfect for our short family holiday. The kitchen at the home was designed well, and was stocked with everything that we needed to make a couple of fancy meals for everyone. Each bedroom had an attached bath, and the rooms were tastefully redone in this older (likely more than 100 years) home. The host was super quick with questions and we had a wonderful time! Muktha"
