"We stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel safe, central and ideal for what we needed. It was walkable to the centre and local amenities as well as having food places close by. We organised a taxi pick up with the hotel upon arrival and the hotel organised this. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good to start our day. Our room was perfect - clean, big and had all amenities we needed. Would definitely stay and recommend to others! "

"This was the seventh hotel I’d stayed at on my current trip and perhaps I’ve become spoiled after decades of travel, but Hotel Old Town and Adnan especially were EXCELLENT! I almost want to dissuade people from going there so it won’t be crowded next time I go, but the truth is the rooms were very comfortable and as spacious as the area and price range dictates, the location was insanely good, and the way Adnan helped me with parking and then chatted with me the following morning gave it almost a B&B feel. Floored. Will be back 100% and the incredible experience here made me love B&H even more. "

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights . The location could not be better ! The old town with food and shopping were but a minute or so away. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud. The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price."
