"Zaida, the concierge checked us in and she is vey kind, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is located at the center of old town, lots of dining and shopping options nearby and a stones throw away from the attractions in and around old town including the famous Sebilj fountain. We love our room, it has a very nice view of the big mosque beside the hotel and old town itself. The shower is big and the bathroom is clean although the spray bidet in our toilet is broken. It came with the usual amenities. The breakfast buffet is fine and enough to start our day. Bed and pillows are comfortable and the most important thing for us, the air-conditioning is working even on a cold day in November. We want sleep in a cold room covered in duvet 😚 We loved Sarajevo and if we come back here we will surely go back to this hotel. 10/10!!"
