"This apartment was very, very nice and as advertised. It was amazing that each of us had our own room and our own bathroom. It's very hard to find apartments like this in Italy. The only drawback was that it wasn't centrally located near the train station, thus, cabs were necessary to get to and from. Also, the host who came to meet us did not speak English. "Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"Absolutely fantastic apartment with amazing artwork throughout. Hosts are fantastic people, we felt like we were family visiting them! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet and lots of room. Great restaurant across the street and others within easy walking distance. MiCo is an easy walk. Hosts were responsive, very patient with us as we kept getting delayed while trying to get there, but they took all the stress away! Arranged a driver for us back to airport which helped alot....

"Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) "

"First, Antonio is not just a Super Host, he is súper friendly. He wants to make sure he gives you all the information you need to have a great time in Milan. He also makes himself very approachable so whatever you need, you will get. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The neighborhood is very safe and the metro is steps away, plus there is a very good restaurant to the left of the building and a few other places you’ll find on the way. "

Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible.
