"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

The beds were not comfortable and the very limited electric receptacles were inconveniently located and ususlly being used; several of the secure charging lockers were out of order. "The mattresses old, uncontrollable, tiny so you feel the springs on your back, overprice facility, very small bathroom with a dirty and so small shower even you move to water yourself. A big person even cannot fit on that shower. Really only good is the location."

"The staff allways provided help the were very nice; metro station is 2 blocks away from the hostel. The general area needs a bit of maintenance, the couches are in bad shape. Pillows need to be replaced very soon , they are dirty and not comfortable."

"This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"
