"I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). "The property was in a perfect location. It was a very quick walk to the Duomo and there were a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. The hotel room we chose was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we found was that cigarette smoke was present frequently throughout the hotel including the elevator and our room. The staff was great and moved us to a new room on arrival but the smoke drifted into our new room as well due to the location. We did not mention to the hotel staff...

"We loved it here! The communication was top notch, they handled our dinner bookings and had the most beautiful view from their Infiniti pool! Rooms were clean and gorgeous and a short drive from Bellagio! The chef was sick unfortunately however breakfast each morning was far more than we have grown to expect in our travels! Highly recommend for a romantic getaway! "

"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. "It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!"

"The hotel had essentials that made me very comfortable especially because I wanted to really relax rather than walk around Milan. A very functional Gym, sauna and pool. Staff was very helpful and kind. The building was very beautiful and the decors were incredible as well. I loved my stay at Una hotels slot and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They also give free early breakfast to those who request between 4am and 6.59 am. Although you must request the night before. I about it was thoughtful."

Pleasant stay at IQ and Milan

"We enjoyed our IQ Hotel Milano stay . It was only a 3-5 minutes walk from the train station . Our room was comfortable. The front desk and dining room staff were all nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good . One morning we had an early tour. The front desk offered without us even asking if we would like a to go breakfast to take with us. The location near the train station was convenient for us to meet our tour. The metro was right there and easy to navigate to the Milan city sights . We found the area around the station to be nice and were happy as several reviews read stated it was not the best area. We went out at night, walked to restaurants. Many people walking around. Perhaps late, late night is a different story . 10:00 was the latest we were out . "
