"We are regular visitors to Amsterdam but it was our first time staying at this hotel. We loved how central the location was. Straight over the road from Central Station. A small issue when we checked in, with our booking transferring over, however the gentalman who checked us in, was very helpful and we received an upgrade to the top floor with a room facing the canal, which was lovely. "Personnel attitude and performance was excellent. Very clean and with good options for breakfast. Very good location tonealk around yhe city center. Everyday resupply of coffee capsules and water was very good. I even received a bottle of sampagne for my birthday that was during my staying there. I will stay there again in my next visit to Amsterdam."

"Solid 3-star hotel in a great location. The facilities are showing their age but everything is functional, and the staff were great. Elandsgracht is pleasant enough on its own, but this spot leaves you with the Jordaan, Leidesplein, Oud-West, Vondelpark and Museumplein, and Sound Garden all in easy distances (just to name a few)."

"I stayed in the shared room with pods, and for a dorm environment, it was awesome! They create a respectful, quiet, clean, and enjoyable space. The pods are comfy, the lockers are secure and were just large enough. The breakfast was awesome."

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Casa for a week in Amsterdam. We were a little hesitant because it is outside the city centre. However, we are very happy we made the decision to stay here. "The highlight was the canal view for us,other than than it was a pretty standard small room.very close and walkable to central station. Canal view rooms are pricier and breakfast comes with a surcharge. Nothing exceptional about front desk. It would have been nice if there was a coffeemaker in the room. "

"The property is not even close to its description. It was nosy when we arrived and cannot be seen as private as it is overlooked from close properties on all sides. It was dirty and the "beech art" clearly smelled of rotting. In summary this is not designed to be rented. I would give it zero stars if I ould "

"Schöner Aufenthalt über Silvester.Wetter war der Jahreszeit entsprechend Recht stürmisch aber dennoch war es schön am Strand lang zulaufen und die Aussicht zu genießen.Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir bräuchten und die Sauna war ein Highlight. Nur die Bedienung des Ofens/der Mikrowelle ist nicht ganz geglückt."
