"Jason was a great host, very helpful and friendly. The games barn is the best we’ve ever found, really good quality pool table, ping pong, fitness machines etc kept us all entertained. The house was exactly as described and the garden large, with good play equipment. Nice little village with great blue avarie and a bar. "

"The gite was wonderful, everthing possible was there for the guests use….torch, matches, cleaning products, extra toilet rolls etc. We were welcomed with the most amazing pack of food products including beer & wine. The bed is super comfortable with additional blankets if needed, the large shower is great as well. The area/local towns were a little too quiet for us but we made the most of it….and it is out of season. "

The owner was so welcoming, our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was served in a nice room and the restaurant experience was superb - we had a delicious dinner outside on the terrace. My son enjoyed dipping into the pool and our dog was happy all around! Great please highly recommend! "

"Our stay at Mossy's beautiful house in the French countryside was perfect. After a long drive, we were warmly welcomed by Mossy who had thoughtfully prepared a welcome basket which was exactly what we needed. He was kind and attentive, yet respected our privacy, allowing us to fully enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. We were two families with 4 children between the age of 7 and 15. We all enjoyed the house that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent our days enjoying the swimming pool, playing football, table tennis, having BBQ's in the spacious garden. The game room was a highlight, where we held fun family tournaments in darts, pool and baby football, creating memories we will cherish. The nearby village of Nanteuil was a short walk away, we loved exploring its charming streets and picking up fresh bread in the morning. Mossy and his team were available if we needed anything. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and would highly recommend this wonderful property."

"We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much."

"Everything you need for a wind-down in the country. All you could need is provided in the clean and comfortable gite. Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. Genial hosts with good local knowledge, friendly and discrete. "

"Idyllic setting in a tiny village surrounded by farmland. Plenty of walks with very little traffic to worry about. Small town nearby with a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. Historic town of Cognac under an hour away with plenty of shops and bars. The property itself is superb. Very well kitted out with everything that you could possibly need. It’s hard to imagine a more perfect place for a bit of quiet time and a place to relax. Heated pool and a games room with snooker table table-tennis, books and games This place really does have everything including high speed internet Large private garden, absolutely perfect for the dog; Then there is the jewel in the crown which is the lovely hosts living next door Amanda & Robin have been doing this for over a decade and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. We had car trouble and Amanda fixed us up with a local mechanic and drove us into town whilst our vehicle was being fixed. The only thing that we did wrong was to book for a week when we would have liked to stay for a fortnight at least."
