"The property is good my only problem was that there’s no elevator and my room was on the third floor and I have problems on my knees would of taken a first floor room if I knew there was no elevator, but other then that is nice "

"This property is absolutely amazing and magical! There’s almost no way to fully describe just how beautiful the property is! The landscaping is beautifully done and provides the renter with tons of fruit trees and a totally tranquil living space. The house was clean and the perfect size for us. The bedrooms were cool but the other parts of the house were a little warm. There’s always a breeze, so we could have opened the windows to let in some fresh air. We spent 99% of our time outdoors anyway....

"A place that lived up to the pictures! The backyard was amazing. A great pool with a swim up bar, a beautiful fountain, plenty of space to relax and hang out with the iguanas. It was a very short walk to an isolated beach. The inside was spacious, a large kitchen, big dining and living rooms. Stu was a great host. I give this place my highest recommendation. "

"Beautiful home with a stunning view of the ocean. The living space was open and the 5 ensuites made it comfortable and private. The kitchen space was good for shared cooking experiences. The pool was spectacular and definitely the most loved part of the entire property. Unless you want to drive to the beach (we didn't) the walk down to beach access is pretty daunting. Not everyone in our party could make it - there is no path, just the road, that has a very steep pitch and was traveled pretty...

"This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home....

"We came from Europe and we loved it!. We looked a lot before booking and this house has it all, high standards, safety, luxury, amazing views AND a private beach. Absolutely Amazing. Now to the details: The house is super comfortable with a very cool tropical high-end aesthetic and is very private, which is everything we wanted. We had a private balcony with wonderful views, the pool is gorgeous and guess what…. its own private beach. All we needed to do to get to the private beach is gone down...

"This top floor apartment is spacious and very well equipped with an outstanding patio looking at the ocean. A short but beautiful walk to the beach through a luscious jungle presents you with two options. Turn left and walk for miles along a beautiful stretch of beach (Solitude) is mostly uninhabited, aside from one condo complex. Shacks beach snorkeling and the blue hole is only a mile away. "My sons went there to surf. I went for the ocean breezes and walks on the smooth, shell-free beaches. What we got from this amazing place was better than advertised: the ocean practically at our doorstep, coconut palms sheltering our third-floor balcony, panoramic views one floor above and a perfectly appointed home that had everything we needed as well as one thing we never needed: air conditioning -- the December ocean breezes were enough to cool all the rooms, morning and night. "First of all, Rusty is the man. Despite some things that could’ve ruined our vacation (a flat tire, similar incidents), outside of Rusty’s control — it was perfection. 4 couples stayed for 4 days. The view from the upper deck can’t be beat, the beach has practically a private section for the house, and the city offered a lot of entertainment. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer host and genuinely considering re-renting next year."

"This condo was very clean. Very nice location. Nice condo & complex. Good security for site. Property management was good to work with. The furnishings were spartan. The family room did not have furniture. The living room had wicker furnishings. The kitchen was minimally supplied. Good stock of spices. All appliances worked well, except blender/juicer. Air conditioning worked great. We had to get used to disposing of used toilet paper in trash vise flushing down toilet. This is becoming common...
