"Staff were kind and nice Room i had was nice with a beautiful balcony view I really liked the pool but the chango (bird) fly around and may poop 🙄 also if you don’t notice they also poop in the pool and if your child play around it they may become sick but thats something not avoidable "

"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "
