" It was a good stay. our original plans was for 7 people to stay and it’s a good thing that only 5 showed up because the house is smaller than expected, there was no way that 7 people would’ve fit their comfortably. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend it for five or less people. "

"We stayed in this house as a family of 5 and had way more space than we needed. The bedrooms are large. Upon arrival there were some welcome fruit/snacks which I greatly appreciated as a mom traveling with three young children all day. We cooked breakfast at the house every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed (note: there were not basic spices/seasoning like salt, pepper etc.). There were lots of beach chairs and some sand toys, our family enjoyed the lively beach a mere 90...

"We had a great experience at this property! Jorge was very responsive and we were allowed an early check in which was so helpful. The home itself seemed bigger than the photos, and was very clean. The neighborhood itself was noisy at night, with a lot of dogs barking and patrons from the bar, but being in a gated community we felt very safe and never had any issues. The check out process could have been a little more detailed with the instructions, but overall I would recommend staying here and...

"It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. "

"This place is an absolutely perfect place for a small group vacation. All the amenities of a home, plenty of privacy for each group. Super super charming and in the heart of Old San Jaun. Earnestly considering coming back to this exact place in the future."

"The property is as described. The beds are full size, not queen size. The pool is great. The kitchen is set up nicely and we appreciate having access to the washer and dryer! We spent a lot of time on the patio, which was cozy and inviting. Our only issue was that we did not sleep well because the full size beds were extremely uncomfortable. "My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "
