"Location is close to the airport. Beach at a walkable distance. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Many areas to sit and lounge. They offer many activities such as a paint and sip. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our AC unit was making a lot of noise and they transferred us to another room which was even nicer. "We enjoyed our stay in one of the San Agustin apartments. The apartment let us feel like we lived in San Juan. It had a nice common room area with a sofa and dining table. It had a kitchen, shower, and two bedrooms. The location was very convenient. It was a 15-minute walk to Old San Juan, and about a 7-minute drive to some great eating spots in Santurce. The complimentary parking was also great. Staff was very helpful."
