"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "My wife and me, we really enjoyed this property, very nice, great location, near to the beach, in Isla Verde, next to a great hotel ESJ, that had a wondering bar and discoteca that we enjoyed a lot the weekend. Thanks to Elizabeth for the service and recommendations."

"This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. Oddly enough, the warmest shower is the tub shower in the middle of the courtyard...

"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "

"I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in San Juan, Puerto Rico! The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for what I needed for my six-day vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was very responsive and made sure I had a wonderful experience. "This was my second stay at this hotel and Im just as happy as the first time. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Safety is something big for me and they fulfilled this. Youre not able to access any of the floors unless you have a pass key that allows you to close the doors for the elevator. Rooms are very clean and the showers are nice and hot ! Youre able to dine on site and food/drinks are delicious. The beach is safe for both kids and adults. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels available and if you want to have a drink or something to snack they offer services on the beach while the tab can be added to your room. Parking garage is also on site and very well lit! Would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone. "

"The Royal Sonesta was very clean, well kept and had friendly staff, especially at the front desk. The pool area is nice and there is lounge and umbrella service on the beach, which we enjoyed more than the pool area. The dining options are good, even delivery to the beach. The outdoor bar by the lobby is very enjoyable with the fire pit. The El San Juan Hotel is right next door and there are many options there for eating and dancing otherwise we did not walk anywhere else except a few blocks to the drugstore (great place to get own supply of beer and alcohol). The big surprise for us was how very expensive Ubers were. Our ride from the airport on a Monday at 11am was $40 because of a $24 surcharge for busy time. A ride to Old San Juan, one way, over $25. Apparently taxis aren’t much cheaper. "
