"Amazing place! It is a little outside the town with an amazing view of the volcano. The property was so relaxing with a pool and shaded areas to hang out. So many birds and a beautiful garden! The actual room was good for sleeping and making simple meals but we spent most of our time outdoors on the property. Would stay again!"

"The moment my friend and I arrived, we both thought, "I wish I could live here." The property is gorgeous!Every morning, I walked the grounds to watch birds, and two of the host's cute dogs (Angel and Mia) accompanied me. I saw all sorts of incredible birds (including keel-billed toucans) and realized a great view of Arenal was only a short jaunt up the hill.The house stayed remarkably cool with only the fans running (we didn't need to turn on the AC, though it was available). "We especially enjoyed waking to the sounds of so many tropical birds. The house is artfully decorated, the views are wonderful, the surrounding gardens are excellent. So great to be out in the country away from the crowds of La Fortuna but still close to everything. Highly recommended"

"Very clean and comfortable house surrounded by the forest. Kitchen is fully equipped. The dirt path towards the house needs work otherwise your car could get stuck. definitely need a 4 wheeler vehicle. We saw monkeys and toucans in the morning. Very calm and quiet stay it was. "The property was fabulous. We had a 3 bedroom cabin and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. It was nicely furnished. We didnt cook, but all the necessities were there. The grounds were amazing! There were wonderful hiking trails and a lookout where you could see to the Pacific Ocean. There was a hydroponic garden where you could pick vegetables. My grandson loved the hammock on the deck. The whole experience was so peaceful. I highly recommend this property! "
