"Communication was the biggest issue with this place. It took a minute to find they could put a sign or something on the door that might help. Since I came from the States my cell didn't receive the attachment with the instructions to the place. Lucky I was able to reach them by phone and got the info to get into the place. "We rented The Lomond for 10 days in October 2024 while visiting family in Milngavie. All communication was thorough and clear. Check-in was easy. The flat was quite clean and had most everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows!
