"Clean room and spacious too. Great at a good price. Love the lobby with tons of seating with water and coffee or whatever you need. Really cool on every floor is a water refill station with hot and cold water. The rooms with the bunk beds were soooooo convenient for our party or 3 friends. Super nice staff too. Every person was helpful especially the front desk people. Rooftop was lovely. Honestly really great all around!"

"The staff was great throughout my stay and housekeeping did a fantastic job with my room. My issue was that breakfast that doesn't serve any jam for toasted bread for example (I am vegan so what I could eat was fruit) - we are in 2024 and Portugal overall seems to be behind in this aspect. The conditions of the shower seem dated and water would splash from places where it shouldn't... The walls in the room also would require some attention. But overall it was a good stay. "

"The hotel is okay and clean. Hospitality service is lacking. You will not be greeted by any welcoming remarks or even a smile. I was greeted by a dry “How may I help you?” The elderly gentleman seemed overwhelmed by the check-in process. No “goodby or thank you” when you hand over the keys. Breakfast is a self-serving buffet, but if you wish to order any eggs, you need to seek out the attendants which will be chatting or texting in the bar area.
