"Amazing stay at the Jumeriah Muscat Bay. The hotel itself is new and stunning, the location on the bay is jaw droppingly beautiful but to top it off, the service was exquisite. Good service can make or break a trip for me regardless of how nice the venue is. This hotel prides itself on service, and took great care in ensuring we were well looked after on our stay. In particular we would like to thank: Reem at the front desk for her kindness, for the room upgrade, for her care when I needed medical attention. Ahmed at the conceirge for helping us book our restaurant reservations. Pradeep and Pankaj at the Peridot for their impeccable manners and service. Arshemal at the Brezza restaurant for her wonderful service. Dr. Arselan for taking immediate care of me when I needed medical attention. Mohamed at the Pool for his professional and kind service. Vishal for cleaning our room every day. The quality of the food in the restaurants was wonderful and we enjoyed the breakfasts in particular. The whole start was perfect and we would go back to visit in a heartbeat. Thank you Jumeirah Muscat Bay! "
