"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"Elize and Ruud are super nice, friendly and caring hosts and made me feel welcome. The apartment is also very spacious, everything is newly furnished. The house is located in a green, tranquil area, has a marvelous views on the old town and Castello Gancia, yet the town of Canelli with its lovely cafes, shops and market can be reached quickly on foot. The area offers many possibilities for excursions. About 1.5 hours to Genova or 1 hour to Savona to the sea or nearby there are many hiking trails...

Eleanor and Glyn have clearly put a lot of effort into making sure their visitors have a wonderful stay a whole folder of information and ideas of where to go and what to do and have ensured that the apartment is very well equipped. "We had a fantastic stay at La Rosa Gialla. The apartment was clean without the right appliances and amenities. Very friendly staff and owners. Our kids had the pleasure of being in the kitchen and being taught by marina. The whole stay was just precious and we booked immediately for next year"

"The hotel is located in beautiful area. This hotel is family-run and they are very nice and friendly. They offered a glass of wine right after our arrival and it was a pleasant surprise. One of their family member is also running a nice Korean-Italian fusion restaurant "Uri" ~20 minutes driving away from the hotel. Food was great and restaurant staff were very pleasant."
