"Very nice property overall with very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with kitchen and it was great to have a 2nd bedroom and bathroom for family traveling with us.The LUAS line right outside was great for getting to the city center, though it can get packed at times, especially if there is a concert next door. "I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk were very warm and welcoming. I had an issue with my water not heating up quickly and they quickly sent someone to fix it. It got better but I think it still needs to be looked at again. But I will definitely return to this hotel "
