"A good and enjoyable stay. Service was good but rooms could do with a bit of TLC. Breakfast was good. One of our parties room was in a poor state which upon complaint to reception we were promised a upgrade on next visit but we still haven't received an email on this."

"Overall great stay the bed was comfy and the room was clean. There were a couple of issues including the tv not working which we informed the staff about the morning after the 1st night stay but it wasn’t fixed and no one else spoke to us about it even if it was just to say sorry but they couldn’t resolve the issue. Also the room door wouldn’t shut correctly without slamming it which meant we couldn’t enter leave without disturbing others around us."

"stayed here for 1 night and there was a wedding event going on, couldn't hear it which is good, bed was comfortable and definitely got a good night sleep, didnt have any of there foods. didnt have time but everything was great, staff were brilliant and friendly."

"They let themselves down with no house keeping in our room. Stayed for two nights & had to ask for towel changes, coffee, milk, tea. No room cleaning done at all. I’m sure this was an oversight but spoiled our stay. Having said that hotel/rooms & food first class👍"
