"So disappointed: 1. Not enough su beda and people reserving them for HOURS and never actually using them. Change your hotel policy so sun beda cant be reserved. Simple. 2. Food was awful. Edible but just such poor quality. Clesrly clrners have been cut to keep costs down. Such a shame. 3. No smoke alarms in rooms and all the fkre extinquishers we saw were completely rushed anf useless. Not great at all! 4. Music by the pool. "This was a great hotel for us. Very good location (less than a minute from the beach but at a fraction of the cost of one of the resorts) and in the heart of Santa Maria. "Overall, the hotel was decent, though a bit outdated, and there was no elevator. On our first day, we ran out of hot water, which was particularly inconvenient. We informed the reception, and they resolved it fairly quickly. However, one issue I found disappointing was the lack of transparency in their menu.
