"We stayed at this property at the beginning of March, so not the busy season. The host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions seemed confusing when received but were spot on once we got there. The balcony and view were amazing. We had a few issues during our stay but, again, the host was very responsive and did everything she could to fix it immediately. If you plan on having someone use the pull out sofa I would tell her ahead of time so the blinds are there."

"Loved the location of the apartment. The building needs maintenence, but that did not detract from our stay and the apartment was maintained well. There are restaurants within short driving distance and a strip with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. An added bonus was the ciffside restaurant a short walj away."

"This spacious, comfortable apartment is filled with light and a joy to return to from exploring the Algarve. The location at the top of the Main Street and right at Golfland roundabout makes it so easy to go to local grocery stores, restaurants and shops as well as heading out of Alvor. "We stayed for six weeks from the end of January. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. There is parking outside your door or in the underground car park.The aircon units are cooling/heating, which we were grateful for, because mornings and evenings are cold in winter. "This condo was spacious and well maintained. It has a huge patio where we sat each afternoon enjoying a nice glass of wine. It was extremely comfortable throughout the condo and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Joaquim was a good host and we had no difficulties during our stay. "We had the most amazing stay at Matt and Gabrielle’s property. The place is so well equipped, left us wanting for nothing. The location was ideal, very central and only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The communication with Matt and Gabrielle was so welcoming, easy and fast. Sonia was there to greet us when we arrived. Again…very welcoming and she was incredibly helpful. Airport pick up and drop offs were organised for us, and we were accommodated to regarding check in...

"My friends and I had the best time at this property! It was clean and had such a nice view. This property had an enormous pool with a fantastic view, along with a little restaurant/bistro and bar on site. We took a short walk to an amazing beach and short distance to Old Town that has so many great restaurants, bars and shops. Our hosts also recommended a fantastic restaurant along the boardwalk. Definitely recommend :)!!"

"The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. The host was great! Helena kept in contact with us and came to visit us to check that we were happy. If you’re planning on staying here with the intention to travel to surrounding areas I’d advise you to rent a car. Getting a cab can be quite difficult at times. Other than that, this place is perfect!"
