"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. "Clean, comfortable. For those of you in the USA, the vibe is very much like the TRU hotels. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the parking area is very small and spaces not painted, so cars were parked at random angles causing several precious spaces to be unusable and we had to wait for someone to leave before there was room to park. But otherwise I really liked it. "

"The area of this place is somewhat unsafe. The room does not have AC, so I had to keep the window open during night as it was a very hot day. But, I kept on hearing noise from the street in front of the hotel, including siren sound. There is no elevator in the building, so I had to use stairs to reach my 3rd floor room. "

"First two rooms had issues with them, and that’s a testament to Pedro that he made sure we had a good stay and found us a third room! Honestly, it’s said to be near sketchy area. That’s not true. "We got in very late and had to use flashlights to find our way around the property. It was a lot of back-and-forth, but we found our way. The room was nice and big and quiet, but the bathroom was tiny. Luckily, we are both smaller people.
