"I stayed here with my mum during our roadtrip through France. We only stayed here one night and arrived in the evening, so didn't get to enjoy much time there. However the house was stunning and the room was beautiful and comfortable. We were very tired and were happy to be able to recharge. The bed was comfortable and my mum was happy to be able to have a bath. Amit (sorry if I've spelt that wrong) was lovely and a wonderful host. He gave advice on where to eat dinner and offered to cook us up...

She was full and said there no way she would accommodate us despite our reservation having been made nearly 3 months before. The person on the phone was unpleasant. "I think this property far exceeds the way it is described online. It is a bed and breakfast not a hotel so there isn't a front desk. The room was lovely and clean. The madame who ran the place was polite and friendly. The continental breakfast was pleasant and enjoyable - croissants, yoghurt, cheese and meat. "We’ve had a wonderful week here. The pool is fantastic especially as temperatures were in the high 30s, thankfully inside the house remains cool. The garden is huge and beautiful with secure fencing allowing our dog to safely explore. Marie is welcoming and friendly, the perfect host. The house is lovely and very well equipped. The location is remote and peaceful but an easy drive to the next village for groceries and 2 bakeries."
