Kitchen is located on the second floor is fully equipped with modern appliances: electric stove, refrigerator and microwave. There is a dining room with 2 glass table. This has all you need for a self catering holiday.

Living Room Description:
Living room is on the main floor. Its large, and very bright living room with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and flat Tv and a large whole-wall windows.

Bedroom Description:
All bedrooms are bright and comfortable. One with a great double bed, second has two single beds and 3rd has 3 bunk beds for 6 people. All bedrooms have modern closets.

Bathroom Description:
All 3 bathrooms are fully tiled and equipped with spacious shower, designer modern sink cabinet and toilet.

Other Features:
Washing machine and ironing board.

Important Information:

Groups under 25 y.o. are not accepted.
Please note that basic supplies are not provided.
Regular check-ins are managed after 14:00 (2:00 Pm).
Regular check-outs must be done no later than 11:00 (11:00 Am).

On Holidays, Sundays and late Check-ins the following additional fees will apply:

After 20:00 (8:00 Pm) extra rate of 30 Eur
After 00:00 (12:00 Am) extra rate of 50 Eur
