I had to move from my initial room as it was not up to a standard youd expect from a hotel of this calibre. The rooms are abot dated and could definitely do with a refresh and upgrade"

"The hotel and staff were superb, our stay was hassle free and convenient, without any issues. The breakfast was superb and the hotel rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Our one gripe, which was outside the hotel was the guests were reluctant to pick up their dogs mess in the field to the left of the hotel. Perhaps a sign reminding guests of their responsibilities and a possible fine might help. The field was full of dog waste, can't be pleasant in the summer for guests/children."

Not sure if the soundproofing mentioned in the advertising applied to my double room but the “deep bath” certainly didn’t and I had a shower with a de-laminating base…suggest of these ate important to you then check with the hotel before booking (I a book very late in the day.) Very friendly staff, I like the 24/7 front desk availability and unfortunately couldn’t stay on for breakfast. Will stay again, as I hear...

"This hotel is literally yards from swansea station, i thought it would be cheap and cheerful and convenient but was suprised it was such a lovely hotel. Staff amazing decor lovely, will def be staying here again. Lovely utalian restaurant just down the road, tesco express opposite."
