"Communication needs improvement. On the day of our check-in, I reached out as I had no information about where I was going or how to check in to the property. There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in. When we reached the apartment, the views were breathtaking, you're next to the airport and on the 16th floor. Beautiful place, except that's not the apartment I booked. "This property is quite close to the city, which makes it a perfect destination for those who want to get away without having to go too far. The house has a very nice decoration and is perfectly equipped. It has a stunning view of Laguna el Pino. We went during the rainy season, and although the road is a bit difficult, small cars can go up without any problem. Don Hector, the housekeeper, was great. Very nice, helpful and proactive."
