"It was very clean, and quiet. It was a wait on a bus to get there. And I ended up walking all the way back to the ferry boat to take me back to Arona.. I think there was bus options.. But I didn’t know where to wait.. so that’s probably on me?? But my overall stay was great.. Thanks Denny"

"Franco et Maria ont pensé absolument à tout pour le confort des voyageurs, y compris ce que l'on a oublié à la maison. Logement calme à 30 minutes de Stresa. 2 seuls bémols : l'accès à la place de parking est très étroit, nous passions juste avec notre grand Scenic, il ne faut pas plus gros. Les escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement peuvent être difficiles pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer. A part ça, rien à dire,je recommande vivement ce logement ! "

The apartment is on one floor of their beautiful, traditional stone building in the small village of Colma. We particularly enjoyed the fabulous terrace with views over the valley to Cesara and the mountains beyond. It was a great place to enjoy coffee and eating outside under the shade of a huge parasol. "Un petit coin de paradis, un peu à distance de la foule touristique. Entre déplacement en bateau vers lés îles et les autres villages du lac, une nature flamboyante et des chemins de randonnée ombragés. Des commerçants fort sympathiques, des restaurants italiens excellents si on sort des espaces touristique, pour toutes les bourses "

"Tolle Aussicht. Alles sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht (außer Internet und Toaster). Leider nur 1 Gastronomie im Ort, die aber auch gut ist. Zu empfehlen ist die Gastronomie im Nachbarort am Campingplatz. Supermercato ist auch im Nachbarort."

"We spent 14 lovely days here. In fact, you needed a car for every activity or shopping, but it was very quiet and you had a great view of the mountains. From here you could make many excursions (Arona, Spesa, Lago d'Orta ...). The host gave us lots of tips.The apartment offers enough space for a family of four with younger children (2 and 6 years old), provided you share the large bed or the parents sleep on the sofa bed. We didn't lack anything."

"We stayed at this property with our toddler. The communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The property is very pretty and has everything you need. But some things potentially need updating. Pella is a very small village with a good ice cream place and a small shop directly opposite the property which sells very yummy pizza."

"A delightful little haven in easy driving distance of the Italian lakes with a swimming pool. Sheer bliss! We have to say that Ilaria is the hostess with the mostess. Help was a telephone call away and when our hire car got a small bump (which could have cost us a huge fortune back at the airport) she made contact with a garage in Bolzano and sorted everything for us. Thank you so much. The only thing I would warn UK visitors about is the propensity of speed camera in northern Italy, be warned...
