"My husband and I had 5 nights at the Angkor Privilege Resort after a very busy 14 day tour in Vietnam & Cambodia. The resort was amazing.... The staff were lovely, the included breakfast was delicious and the rooms were Cool, Clean and Spacious. We would definitely recommend this property to all couples or families. It was however a 15 mins Tuk-Tuk ride into Pub Street but it was interesting looking at the local scenery and hustle and bustle of the city."

"I am a hardcore traveler. Been all over the world and Jaya House River Park is the best yet. The owner has thought of everything from providing non-plastic refillable water bottles to complimentary tuk tuks and laundry service. I wish more US hotels operated like Jaya House."

"This is an exceptional property with absolutely beautiful and quiet grounds, a gorgeous swimming pool, and the friendliest and most hospitable staff that you will find. There are relatively few guests unlike the big chain properties, so you will get individualized attention. They arranged some events like the Apsara dance show and Jeep tour of mountain and waterfall area. These were great. Much nicer to stay here than big chain properties. "

"Many apologies for this late submission. My sister, her friend (the two of them shared a room) and I booked two rooms in January 3025. Very simply, we were treated like royalty; the service was faultless, the spacious rooms were impeccable, and every one was most helpful. The dining area, while small, served fresh juices and coconut water for the asking and the chef was eager to customise the breakfast offering, which was sumptuous. "We just returned from a three night stay at Templation and had an incredible stay. The property is stunning and the pool is massive. Our two bedroom suite, with private pool, was a highlight, and so welcomed after long days touring Angkor Wat and Siem Reap. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel restaurant and bar were excellent.They have a great 2 for 1 happy hour each afternoon that we enjoyed at the pool. The hotel is out of town, which we liked, and is only a short tuk tuk ride...

"This hotel was amazing! What an incredible and private location. The staff was BEST in CLASS and went out of their way with everything. They planned our entire trip from the moment we landed until we left including our trip to Angor Wat. We ate both nights at the hotel which was outstanding. The pool was luxurious and the rooms worldclass. This is an amazing boutique hotel that goes beyond to make sure your stay is a great one!"

"Amazing hotel. Can't express how happy I was in this hotel. The concept of a true comunity is awesome! The kindess of the staff, the willing to make everything run smooth for us as guests, the kindess of the tuk tuk drivers... everything is perfect in this amazing place. "Small, family owned and operated hotel. Like a home stay but withal and hot shower. The family may invite you to have dinner with their family the owner will drive you anywhere inSiem Reap and pick you up and drop you off at the airport or bus station. Quiet away from the action of the city."

"The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The air conditioning was marginal and only in the rooms- no AC anywhere else, including the gym. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but for Cambodia, it was overall nice for the price. There is only one pool. Which is totally fine and the pool was lovely, but misrepresented by the hotel. There is no spa. Easy transportation right outside the hotel. Overall, a nice stay but again, misrepresented by the photos and description on the website. "

"The hosts were wonderful and so kind. The owner was very kind as well. The food was delicious and very affordable. The rooms were clean. And it’s very close to Angkor Wat, as well as the city center. Excellent service! It’s also walkable to some of the nearby restaurants and cafes. They also do tuk tuk tours to Angkor Wat, which I also highly recommend. Cannot wait to stay here again up my return to beautiful Siem Reap! "

"Our first visit to Cambodia and so impressed with the staff at Borei Angkor and the hotel in general. So friendly and helpful. Organised two days of transport and a guide for the temples which was a great experience. Food options excellent with lots of breakfast options included in the price. Nice pool area. If you want some nightlife then Pub Street takes about 20 mins to walk or 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk. Unreservedly recommended if you are visiting Siem Reap. "

"We had a very pleasant stay in Heritage Suits hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and our bangalow was lovely. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our evening meal on the one night we dined there. The journey to the centre of Siem Reap is only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk and the ride was actually really enjoyable - you get to see more of Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely and accommodating but I would advise to ensure the messages are clearly conveyed...
