"We celebrated my bachelorette party with 11 of us and had an absolute BLAST! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (shopping, dining out, and visiting wineries). The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property."

Enjoy incredible views of Hill Country that go on for miles all from our hot tub

"Amazing views and who does not love morning hello's from 2 cute donkeys and a llama. The property owners were just amazing and so sweet, helped us out getting a surprise cake there since we were arriving late. The house was all lit up for our arrival and plenty of dishes and goodies to cook with. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of space. Just a little off the beaten path but well worth the drive!"

"Nice property and great location. Would be nice if the microwave could handle a bag of popcorn, but this one was ancient and underpowered. Would have been useful to have a good sponge too. "

"Great location for wineries around Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The accommodations were very roomy for an extended family trip. The house is dated but very clean! The pool was nice but not of use to us in Nov and outside lighting lit up the grounds at the back of the house."

"We spent our 25th anniversary at this property and it was a beautiful and romantic location. I loved the updated but tasteful decorating. I grew up going to a farm in Texas when I was younger and it maintained that character while still being very beautiful with all the amenities. I hope to visit again!"

"Home was lovely and spacious. We never felt crowded. Stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend. Super convenient to their venue. Julie was great to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Beds were comfy, home was clean and overall a wonderful weekend full of great memories. Would stay again!!"

"This place was great! The hosts kept the inside very clean and honestly had all items that may be necessary to be used. Cooking pans, utensils, single stove burner, radio, etc — which was so nice. We loved how it felt isolated yet still close to town as well as Enchanted Rock. The livestock were also a plus! They came right near the Tiny House and we got some great pictures. Most of all, we loved that we were able to bring our pup and genuinely had the best weekend and stay."

"We loved gathering with our family at this beautiful and quiet farmhouse. It is perfectly set up for a crowd with great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Lots of very thoughtful amenities! A bit outside of Fredricksburg, but we loved the trees, sunsets/sunrises, wildlife, nearness of many wineries and easy access to Albert Dancehall. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!"

"Perfect location for our son's wedding in CenterPoint, TX. Plenty of room for family, friends, and grooms' men to gather prior to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You must eat at Toucan Jim's. Food and atmosphere are fantastic especially the fish tacos and the fried shrimp. One of the best places we hace every stayed!"

"My husband, our friends, and I had such a wonderful time here! We each had our own space since they stayed in the cottage which wasn't attached to the house and it was only five minutes to downtown. And all on 5 acres with total privacy. "Our family and in-laws stayed here for a few days over spring break. The home is lovely, clean with nice amenities. The kids loved the game room and was nice to have the separate casita for the in-laws so they could sleep in if they wanted. The property managers were easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. Location is great, feels private but easy to get into central Fredericksburg. Check in and out process were easy."

"We absolutely loved this location! It is close enough to the local town that we could be tourists and far enough away so we could relax! The cabin was the perfect size and had everything we needed! Plus it was so clean and well kept! We will definitely be staying again! "

"The Breezy Hills Cabin was very efficient and gave our family of 3 a nice place to relax for the Thanksgiving weekend. Our adult daughter was comfortable on the pull out couch in the living area. After a day out, the cabin provided what was needed for a weekend stay and able to cook a meal as well. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, watching the deer and star gazing. Without wifi or tv, we unplugged and enjoyed the surroundings and each other."

"We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary, which had been 10 years since we stopped in Fredricksburg. We chose Erin's escape for the 2 of us. Check in was a little confusing. The units are named vs numbered. The address of the place is the same address for all of the units so when we arrived we spent 5 minutes trying to unlock the wrong door.
