"此酒店位置於温泉街附近，可步行去地獄谷，酒店裡有大型Onsen, 個人非常喜歡，另外亦設有游泳池、乒乓波、扭蛋店 and Souvenir商店；房間感覺乾淨、舒服，至於早餐、晚餐Buffet食物種類都有很多選擇。但酒店沒有shuttle 接送往返扎幌車站！"

"Truly enjoyed this property. The staff George, Liam and Yvonne were outstanding. Each displaying the highest form of professionalism for their roles! Staff were all kind. "Stayed in Japanese Traditional Room with Private Open Air Bath. The pictures on Expedia are a true representation of the accommodation but the stay was even better than anticipated. Kaiseki meal in private dining room was wonderful and showcased a lot of the local food. The tatami room and sitting area in the room was nice and relaxing and the futons were perfectly set by the time we returned after dinner. The balcony onsen was a lovely warm contrast to the chilly wintry air. The public baths were also very clean and had a variety of temperatures for both inside and outside. Very close walk to the temple and Hell Valley. Included breakfast was also very delicious with impeccable service. Sad to have only stayed one night!"
