"The house is roomy, super clean, and charming. The beds a comfy, and if you’re traveling with a friend like I did, you have plenty of personal space and privacy. It has all that you need and more. Sitting up on the terrace is not only relaxing but the view is lovely. The location is great.and the host is super caring and communicative. "Dubrovnik is an old city of many levels, stone stairs throughout. My wife and I are hikers and loved this about the flat, it was on the highest point of our building. Clean, convenient to everything, many in house features including washing machine, attentive landlord to ensure help with any needs or problems. Great stay!"

"Exactly as advertised! If you are going to Dubrovnik, this is the apartment to book. Literally, right next to Tvrđava Minčeta, you can see if from your door! Its so centrally located and because it is right outside Old Town, you can easily catch a cab in and out! The management is helpful and friendly - if I ever return, this is the spot I'm going to book! "

"Wonderful communication and accommodating to luggage drop off. Friendly directions and advice to great restaurants in the Old Town. Nice touch with lavender color decorations, candies, tea bags, hot water boiler, frig, cups & dishes, a chair & a table. Very roomy. Lots of steps to climb to get to the property but very quiet and safe. Sheets are clean but not the cover blanket (has stains). Overall a very wonderful stay!"

"Beautiful cottage with great facilities. The decor was inspiring and the view from the courtyard whilst enjoying breakfast was so spectacular. Information shared by hosts for managing your way around Dubrovnik was very helpful. Thanks so much for a fantastic time in a very special cottage. "

"The location is good and the area is beautiful although the road outside is pretty noisy. The outside area is nice and spacious although it could do with some more lighting. The pool is a good size but the tiles are coming off and 2 of our party cut their feet. The house could be great but is definitely showing signs of age... the banister is distressingly wobbly, the shutters are falling to pieces and let in a lot of light, especially as there are street lights outside. The main toilet seat...

"The apartment was a really great size, with huge balcony. Very convenient to the tourist bus for old town, and there are various places close to get groceries, food, or enjoy a drink. The host very kindly stayed up for a late check in due to our flight being delayed. Would stay here again. "

An excellent hotel.

"Amazing hotel with excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was outstanding, fantastic views from the balcony, a really comfortable bed and spacious room. The breakfast had a great selection. The old town was easy to access through the convenience of the local bus stop outside of the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. "

"This is a lovely hotel. Room (junior suite) was very spacious with one and a half bathrooms. The location was great with public transportation to old town about a 5-10 minute walk and just in front of the hotel on the way back. There are very nice dining options close by. The staff was very, very helpful even helping us find a last minute tour to go up mount Srd. Highly recommended. "

Great stay close to old town

"Really nice stay here. Received a welcome message prior to our stay which was a nice touch. Reception staff friendly on arrival. Good location about 15 minutes walk from the city walls and old town, and 20 minutes to the marina. Rooms spacious and comfy with (very) big bed, although a little dated. Acceptably equipped bathroom (although the step in to the bath/shower could be challenging for some). The hotel bar gets busy in the evening with locals as well as hotel guests as the food is great in there. The breakfast room gets busy in the mornings but always managed to get a table. The food in the breakfast room is acceptable, but not great. "
